Come aboard Costa Diadema for a family vacation in summer 2022! We propose 8 days sailing through the Mediterranean Sea and discovering unique places. This great offer includes an exclusive Trip 2 Spain monitor and the Super All Inclusive Package (meals, drinks, taxes, tips and 3 optional excursions). This cruise ship has been sailing since 2014. It was built to offer you perfect moments of relaxation and fun with activities on board, bars, gourmet restaurants and a relaxation area. It has a deck dedicated to children with a castle, a pirate galleon, and a terrace where you can walk or have a drink at sunset. Its cabins are elegant, well equipped and spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people. There is also the Aperol Spritz Bar where you can have a cocktail, a games room and an authentic German beer. Day 1 - Friday - Valencia
Departure: 300 pm, Sail Day
Did someone say paella? Yes, it was us! Impossible to miss it here, in its hometown, the splendid Valencia. Other things you won't want to miss are the City of Arts and Sciences, which was designed by Calatrava, and the Silk Market, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can also visit the largest Aquarium in Europe and the scene of Barrio del Carmen, with its small mysterious places. Once you have completed the boarding procedures, located your cabin and carried out the security protocols, our guide will invite you to a welcome meeting and to take a tour of the ship so that you can begin to discover what will be your home for a week.
Day 2 - Marseilles
Arrival: 1:00 pm / Departure: 7:00 pm
Go shopping in the old boutiques, explore the traditional market or enjoy a Pastis in the open air. At this port city, you will have the best view of the sea. Discover everything you can do when you are in Marseille during this cruise, either through the group excursion or on your own. When you return to the ship to rest or continue with the adventure. Day 3 - Savona/Genoa
Arrival: 8:30 am / Departure: 4:30 pm
It’s time to leave the French coast and arrive to beloved Italy. The ship will dock at the port of Savona, and you can head into the city with the excursion that we propose. You will be able to get to know the city of Genoa from its most panoramic point to the seashore, passing through the center. Genoa is one of the most important cities in northern Italy where you can find the largest Aquarium in the country, the house of Christopher Columbus and the beautiful Palazzo Ducale. You will also have time to savor the famous farinata di ceci or the essential focaccia typical of the area. And at night you can enjoy the boat! Enjoy the different activities that Costa Diadema offers, and we advise you to rest up and get ready for the next day. Rome will be a city full of adventures.
Day 4 - Port of Civitavecchia / Rome
Arrival: 8:00 am / Departure: 6:00 pm
After a delicious breakfast, get ready to live one of the most special days with this visit to Rome. With the excursion that we propose for this day, we will walk through history. We will visit the most famous cites of the city, and even of another city, Vatican City and its great Basilica of Saint Peter. All roads once lead to Rome, and on this trip you will see why. The Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon... and many more places will be waiting for you, so prepare your camera and good shoes so you don't miss a thing. Upon arrival at the ship, you can relax in the spa, the pool, having a cappuccino or enjoy live music. A complete day!
Day 5 - Port of Ajaccio / Corsica
Arrival: 8:00 am / Departure: 6:00 pm
After a delicious breakfast, we will continue discovering fascinating places. Welcome to Corsica, also called the island of beauty, whose territory is largely protected in nature reserves and parks. Back on the ship, we will continue having fun with our new friends from Trip 2 Spain and sharing the wonderful photos that you are surely taking of these spectacular landscapes. Day 6 - Cruising Day
Waking up and looking at the sea is wonderful! After a good breakfast, you’ll have a great day ahead to enjoy the Costa Diadema. On this sailing day, you choose! Our monitor will accompany the children while the older ones enjoy nearby, sunbathing, activities, relaxation, or whatever you feel like at any time.
Day 7 - Palma
Arrival: 8:00 am / Departure: 8:00 pm
After a very complete breakfast, you will be able to get to know this beautiful city of the Balearic Islands. Do you already have your excursion? Let's go! Get lost in colorful alleys with the aroma of empanadas, sunbathe on white beaches or venture into the Dragon caves. And at night? Tapas at will! Once in our ‘home away from home’, you can continue enjoying the variety of activities for all ages that the ship offers us and prepare for your last night on board. Day 8 - Valencia

If you were not able to enjoy Valencia on the first day, you will be able to do so upon your arrival, since the ship will arrive in the city early. A tour dedicated to what can be seen during the day, which highlights the colors of the sea and the Mediterranean scrub. You can say that Ibiza is not just clubs and nightlife; The island is perfect to experience during the day, too, thanks to its isolated coves, pine forests and quiet villages. Let us know if you manage to take a snapshot of a pink flamingo in the natural oasis that is Molentargius-Saline! Together, we will return to the ship to enjoy an afternoon full of activities for all ages, our guide will help you choose if you are in doubt. What a day!
